GYMNASTICS MUI WO COURSE DESCRIPTION AUTUMN TERM 2010 
THURSDAY AFTERNOONS - 12 SESSIONS


KINDERGARTEN: AGE 31/2 - 41/2 YRS (2 sessions: 2:15 - 3.00PM or 3:00 - 3:45PM)

This course introduces young children to elements of Gymnastics and movement in a controlled but fun group environment, promoting physical development and helps to develop physical confidence. Children will be integrating natural actions of rolling, climbing, running, jumping and sliding combined with controlling the weight of the body whilst moving.

COST: HK$120.00 PER LESSON, TOTAL:HK$1440.00 


BEGINNER 1: AGE 5YRS UPWARD (4.00 - 5.00PM)
This course incorporates a higher level of Gymnastics. It is open to both children that would like to try Gymnastics and also children who may have had some previous experience and will further develop skills and techniques introducing various floor skills, incorporating floor routine’s, partner work and balance work. This course is aimed to help develop artistic and aesthetic understanding and establish self esteem through the development of physical confidence. 
COST: HK$160.00 PER LESSON, TOTAL: HK$1920.00


BEGINNER 2: 5YRS UPWARD (5.00 - 6:00PM)This course incorporates a higher level of Gymnastics. It is open to both children that would like to try Gymnastics and also children who may have had some previous experience and will further develop skills and techniques introducing various floor skills, incorporating floor routine’s, partner work and balance work. This course is aimed to help develop artistic and aesthetic understanding and establish self esteem through the development of physical confidence.
COST: HK$160.00 PER LESSON, TOTAL: HK$1920.00
